Terms and Conditions

Employees of Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd ("Reed") or associated companies may not enter the competition.

Reed will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Reed takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Each entry must complete a full team. Entries may be rejected in the sole discretion of the judges, including for reasons of obscenity and defamation.

Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom & Ireland.

The judges will select in their sole discretion the 4 winners for the Six Nations tickets and winners for the "Pass it to us" competition.

The winners will be the ones who pick a matching team to the judges. In the case of two or more matching selections then a draw will be made to select the winner. If no one matches the judges' team selection then the next entry with the most correct matches will win. The winners must personally make the necessary travel and accommodation arrangements, Reed will not be responsible for these arrangements or expenses and this is outside of the prize. Prize-winners are responsible for their own safety and security and must arrange for and have in place suitable insurance for the experience to be undertaken. Reed shall in no circumstances be liable for any losses, damages, costs and/or expenses arising from events outside Reed's reasonable control.

All entries must be submitted by no later than the 25th February 2010.

The winners shall be notified by email confirmation.

Late entries will not be acknowledged.

Only one entry per person and a cash alternative to prizes is not available.

By claiming their prizes, all winners agree that they will participate in any publicity undertaken by Reed in relation to the competition.

Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prizes.

Any breach of these competition rules by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Reed reserves the right not to issue a prize in case of a dispute.

A list of the prize-winners can be obtained from Reed after the 1st April 2010.

Reed reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.

If for reasons outside of Reed's control any of the prizes do not take place and tickets are no longer valid for the day, Reed will not offer any alternative prize or cash refund.
